They are natural abilities and do not conform to classroom teaching. Also, they cannot be managed quantitatively. They could be a combination of many different skills, like communication skills, social skills, emotional intelligence, social intelligence, etc. They are not usually the type of skills that can be included in a resume skills section.
Soft skills are also known as transferable skills or professional skills. As the term implies, these are less specialized skills, less rooted in specific vocations, and more aligned with the general character, disposition, and personality of a person. Communication, teamwork, and problem-solving are some of the examples of soft skills. They relate to one's attitudes, approaches, and intuitions. Soft skills are an essential part of finding, attracting, and retaining clients. On the other hand, a lack of soft skills can limit one's potential or even be the downfall of a business or entity.
We have to convince the mind. You cannot force our mind into doing anything. We need to use the tool of encouragement.
