It is directed by David Yetes and written by Steve Kloves. David Heyman and David Barron are co producers of the movie along with writer J K Rowling. Although both the parts were shot back to back they were to be treated as two separate films. The idea of splitting the film into two parts came when the makers realized that it was necessary if justice is to be rendered to every word of the book. In their opinion it would be impossible to maintain the intensity of the story unless broken into two parts.
