Laloo Prasad Yadav is the honorable railway minister in the present Congress-led UPA government. Apart from his shrewd political acumen which saw his reign as the chief minister of Bihar for over a decade, he is renowned for his unique and characteristic way of presenting his opinion and thoughts to the public!
An exhibition of his political acumen could also be had from the fact that Laloo Yadav following his arrest in a $280 million dollar scam appointed his wife to take over the reins of the Chief Minister’s post in his absence, a move that shocked many in the corridor of power!
His way of dressing, demeanor, and countenance has earned him many admirers from different quarters. Be it voicing his opinion or making a statement, Laloo Prasad has a unique way of putting it across to the concerned audience.

A few months back, I was watching the railway budget being presented in the Parliament, and even amidst all the seriousness surrounding the address, Laloo came up with a comic act that brought smiles to the face of many including the speaker Mr. Somnath Chatterjee.
