Micromax, the 12th largest handset manufacturer in the World and the Indian mobile manufacturing company unveils a brand new logo with a powerful Punch! The logo describes the seriousness and the power to go forward in their business with excellence and to be the winner in this Mobile Boxing Ring.
This new Micromax logo has been selected from 2500 entries in the logo contest held in association with Talenthouse Inc. and finally selected a logo designed by Eric Atkins designer from USA and modified it further with different color schemes & typography. The winner of the Logo contest will be rewarded with MacBook Pro and gets a recognition on the Micromax Corporate Website.
Today, as we expand, this new brand logo gives us the opportunity to present a single, powerful and unified face to our customers around the world. At Micromax, we value customer feedback and hence, we are glad to unveil this new logo which has been created by the fresh and young minds. It was tough to choose one amongst 2500 entries but we all decided that the Punch logo is a true reflection of the Micromax brand which is young, innovative, dynamic, bold, extrovert and fun, said Pratik Seal, Head- Marketing, Micromax.
The brand new logo will be launched at the Micromax Asia Cup 2012 during the India vs Pakistan match on Sunday, March 18, 2012 (tomorrow).
