Why are keywords important?
The number of businesses going online is rising exponentially with every passing day. Almost every business is making its online presence felt with good-looking websites. Unfortunately, having just a great website is not enough. If your potential customers can’t find you online or you can’t showcase your services/products to them when they are looking for them, your website is useless.
To achieve this feat, you need a robust SEO strategy. And no SEO strategy is complete without great keywords.
Whether you want to be found when customers search for your brand or even about the product/service that’s relevant to your brand, or you want to be visible to the people that might be interested in what you offer, you need the right keywords.
If you have identified & integrated the right keywords, almost half of your task is done. But how to find such great keywords easily?
What is KWFinder?
KWFinder is the specially designed Keyword Research Tool offered by Mangools. This tool is crafted to help beginner & veteran bloggers find many quality keywords that can be ranked easily. KWFinder also offers its patent Index Value of SEO difficulty.
Using KWFinder, you can quickly identify your competitors’ keywords ranking higher. It provides you with a load of keyword ideas with accurate keyword difficulties & monthly search volume.
In short, KWFinder is a comprehensive Keyword Research tool that can propel your SEO game to the next level.
How to use KWFinder?
The ease of use with KWFinder is something that I liked the most. Even the registration process is quick & easy. All you have to do is visit their website & start your 10-day free trial. You won’t have to add any other information except your e-mail id.
Once you have created an account, follow these simple steps.
Step1: Enter a Keyword
As shown in the image below, you can perform keyword research by choosing “Search by Keyword” or “Search by Domain.” You also get an option to select the region & the language of your choice.
Step 2: Analyze the Keyword Research Result
Once you enter the keyword & other details, KWFinder will take you to its main dashboard. As shown in the figure below, KWFinder does an excellent job by offering you a ton of relevant data in the most interactive manner.
The interface looks clean; the data is reliable & presentation is crisp.
On the right-hand side, you can see all the “Related Keywords.” There is also an option for “Autocomplete” & “Question” keywords.
On the top right, KWFinder shows you almost real Keyword Difficulty and monthly Search Volume. You can also see the SERP overview at the bottom left.
Long story short, valuable data can help you quickly generate many keyword ideas.
Step 3: Get more focused results with filters
The keywords that you get in the second step are broad search based. But what if you want to target a specific audience & identify more focused Long tail keywords? Well, KWFinder is here to help you once again!
It has a unique Filter option that lets you add many filter options, as shown in the image below.
You can filter your results based on: Search Volume, PPC (Pay-Per-Click), CPC (Cost-Per-Click), number of words, Keyword Difficulty, Included keywords & Excluded keywords. The result will be a list of highly focused, low-difficulty, long-tail keyword that gets you much better traffic & conversion.
Step 4: Competitor Analysis
Let’s say you want to dig deeper into your competitors & the top results on SERP. You can do so by clicking on the “Analyze SERP” button. Once you click the button, you will be redirected to the SERP Checker tool dashboard.
Here, you can view key metrics and social shares for each SERP result. The UI is clean & color-coding makes it extremely easy to analyze all the results.
Using KWFinder, you can generate tones of low-difficulty, high-ranking keywords without breaking much sweat. Even if you are new to SEO or using KWFinder for your website, the task is super easy.
Now let’s look at some of the best features of KWFinder.
What are the best features of KWFinder?
The best feature that I found during this Mangools KWFinder Review is its data-rich result. When you perform keyword research, you get a lot of data based on many indicators. This includes:
- Search: This shows an approximate number of searches for that keyword in one month in the region you selected
- CPC: The estimated Cost Per Click that you will have if you want to appear for that keyword via paid marketing
- Trend: A graphical representation of the number of searches for your keyword over the past 1 year
- Keyword Difficulty: An estimated number that shows how difficult it would be to rank for that keyword. Higher the number, the higher the difficulty.
Multiple Keyword Search Option
Using KWFinder, you can get many unique keyword ideas with its “Questions” & “Autocomplete” Mangools keyword finder options. But the limit of these result numbers is 200 in the basic plan, which is not enough. I feel Mangools should be more lenient in this number.
Still, the information is beneficial & can help you improve your SEO.
If you are running an SEO agency or managing multiple websites, it’s not feasible to research each keyword independently. Thankfully, app KWFinder offers a feature of Bulk Upload & Review.
Using this feature, you can upload multiple keywords & perform their analysis in a single shot. You can sort the keywords based on 5 metrics & the tool will offer you keyword research along with Keyword Difficulty.
When you struggle to rank your website higher, identifying what your competitor is doing can significantly help! And the Domain Look-up feature of KWFinder is designed for this purpose only. When you enter your competitors’ details, the tool automatically analyzes their website & identifies the keywords that they rank for.
Adding these keywords or relevant keywords to your list & using them can help you rise quickly on Google’s SERPs.
Keyword Difficulty score
No matter how great a keyword is, if it’s too challenging to rank, there is no meaning in wasting your resources on it. The Keyword Difficulty score offered by KWFinder is a great way to ensure you use the right keyword.
Each keyword is offered a Keyword Difficulty number from 1 to 100. A higher number means greater difficulty & vice versa. So if you find a keyword with Keyword Difficulty 84, it’s better to find a new one!
KWFinder uses multiple metrics like Citation Flow, Domain Authority, Page Authority & Trust Flow. So the numbers are pretty reliable. This saves you a lot of time & effort you might have wasted.
Access to additional Mangools tools
When you subscribe with KWFinder, you get free access to multiple other tools by Mangools. These tools are designed to help you monitor page results, research the backlink profile, monitor keyword ranking, or benchmark websites. These tools can prove to be an excellent addition to your SEO.
Here is the list of additional tools offered by Mangools:
Free SEO extension
Apart from the other tools mentioned above, there is one more thing that Mangools offers with KWFinder, a Free SEO extension for Chrome. This extension is handy when you are doing competitor analysis.
Using this extension, you can easily collect essential metrics like Website Authority, On-page SEO, Trust Flow, Citation Flow, & Backlink profile.
All this data can be of great help while creating backlink strategies. I really loved this additional free feature from Mangools.
Who should use KWFinder?
After using KWFinder for more than a month, one thing is clear to me. This keyword sniffer tool is excellent for all, whether you are a newbie or a veteran blogger. But there are some metrics that this tool lacks, especially for the veterans who have been in the industry for years.
The lack of these metrics might stop some veteran bloggers from buying this tool.
The tool is clutter-free, affordable, easy to use & comes loaded with many features for beginners. It will surely enhance your writing experience & improve your SEO. But if you are new to SEO & blogging, there is no room for second thoughts.
Moreover, if you are tight on budget, this tool will be a good choice as the basic plan is quite affordable.
In a nutshell: If you are looking for a budget keyword research tool with great features, you should go for this tool.
KWFinder plans are rightly designed for multiple-level users. They offer three plans:
Mangools Basic: $29/month
Mangools Premium: $39/month
Mangools Agency: $79/month
All these pricings are applicable only if you choose the Annual Billing option. With monthly billings, the price of each plan rises significantly, which is the only thing I disliked about this tool. You can check the detailed KWFinder pricing.
There is a lot of supporting material available for KWFinder users. There is a dedicated help section that’s loaded with a lot of information. For any further queries, you can reach out to their customer support team via e-mail.
During my KWFinder Review, I observed that they typically reply within a day, which surely needs some improvement. Otherwise, the quality of support offered by them is excellent.
My Final Verdict
After going through all the features, benefits & limitations in this KWFinder review, now is the time to answer the final question! Is KWFinder the right choice for you?
Well, in my opinion, the answer is relevant. If you are new to the world of blogging & SEO, this tool is a “Yes” from me. It’s rightly priced with the right features, especially for beginners.
But if you are a seasoned blogger or SEO agency, check out some KWFinder alternatives before buying this one.
